Kylie Minogue, who was featured in the 2023 Hottest 100 with her song 'Padam Padam', has made a number of property moves around Australia and the world.
Property records show the pop singer spent $8.71m on a four-bedroom house in Melbourne's east in February 2022, which features an eight-car garage, wine cellar and vegetable garden.
After living in London for about 30 years, the 'Spinning Around' star made her move back to the Down Under three years ago.
She also sold the two-bedroom house at 25 Cambridge St, Armadale for $1.715m in February 2021, which she bought for $185,000 in April 1990.
While she owned it for 30 years, the abode was leased out a number of times for $260-$650 a week.
Minogue also owns a $25m penthouse at One Hyde Park in London, which is understood to be in one of the world's most-expensive apartment buildings.

One of his latest plays is in the development of a nine-storey beachside tower in Palm Beach, Gold Coast.
Property records reveal Fisher bought a 413sq m parcel on Jefferson Lane in February 2020 for $2.1m and later snapped up the neighbouring block for $3.1m in April 2023.

But behind the scenes, some of the members have made some notable home sales.
Red Wiggle Simon Pryce and his wife Lauren Hannaford -- who was a gymnast and created the workout app FHIT -- offloaded their Clovelly home in September for $2.52m.
Pryce snapped up the two-bedroom apartment in 2011 for $860,000.
And the original Yellow Wiggle Greg Page sold a six-bedroom compound at 170 Glenhaven Rd in New South Wales for $3.7m in 2018 after purchasing it for $2.55m in 2012 with his wife, Vanessa.
He also sold a 3ha Dural property for $5.2m.
