Another of Flash's villains, Captain Cold grew up in an abusive environment that turned him toward a life of crime. However, despite that, he stuck to his own strict moral code. However, after using a form of technology known as cyclotron to create a freeze gun that sends him down a darker path. Originally known as Leonard Snart, he quickly establishes himself as one of the Central City's most formidable villains.

Originally from a very affluent family, Victor Zsasz suffered the loss of his parents at a young age.
