The Peaky Blinders movie casts Rebecca Ferguson to star opposite Cillian Murphy. After premiering in 2013, Steven Knight's historical crime series came to an end with season 6 in 2022. Now, the story of Tommy Shelby (Murphy) is set to continue in the Peaky Blinders movie, a Netflix production.
Now, Deadline reports that Ferguson has been cast in the Peaky Blinders movie. Details regarding Ferguson's character have not been revealed, but the actor marks the first high-profile casting announcement for the film, beyond confirmation of Murphy's return. Ferguson is best known for her roles as Ilsa Faust in the Mission: Impossible franchise and Lady Jessica in Dune.
