Love Is Blind season 7 has been a letdown thus far, leaving many viewers wondering if it's the worst installment of the series yet. While Love Is Blind has only been on for a few years, the show has had one of the most rapid rises in popularity in Netflix history. While many were excited for Love Is Blind season 7, hoping for new levels of drama and different types of participants in Washington, D.C., the cast and drama have been a lot like the last seasons of Love Is Blind. With less-than-intense drama, the season has been slow.
Although there's less drama than usual, the number of couples who came out of the pods engaged and hopeful to make it to the altar was larger than it's been in the past. Though many Love Is Blind viewers are aware that there are typically more couples who get engaged than those who make it onto the show to be documented, seeing a whopping seven couples make it out of the pods and into the real world has been interesting. For some, it's been a blessing, but for others, it's been hard to keep up with everything happening on screen.
Love Is Blind Season 7's Couples Aren't Connecting They Have Issues Even After The Deep Conversations In The Pods
Although the pods managed to put together seven successful couples, there has been far less interest in the development of their relationships than ever before. While the Love Is Blind couples spent nearly six episodes of the season in the pods getting to know each other, things changed for them as they moved into connecting their emotions and their physical selves. Despite knowing that they were going to finally meet face to face, the nerves were high, as they had built expectations about what was next in their relationships.

After finally meeting face to face, many of the couples' connections fell flat. Though they were doing well in the pods, there were a few couples who weren't even able to entertain within the confines of the studio space. While couples like Nick Dorka and Hannah Jiles were of interest on paper, their relationships fell flat on screen, and it became clear their connections from within the pods were merely a rouse as they tried to build something stronger on screen.
Love Is Blind Season 7 Didn't Follow An Interesting Match Leo And Brittany Weren't Brought Further Along
Even though Love Is Blind season 7 followed a group of seven couples out of the pods and into the world, one particularly well-documented relationship didn't make it to the honeymoon phase of the series. While Leo Braudy and Brittany Wisniewski wound up getting engaged after enduring a love triangle with Hannah throughout the season, things didn't continue to spark for the difficult couple. With Brittany feeling like Leo's second choice after hearing about his connection with Hannah, she wasn't able to get out of her head. Unfortunately, viewers didn't get to see the end of their relationship on screen.
Is Love Is Blind Season 7 The Worst Season Yet? Things Haven't Been Clicking Close
After seeing the couples doing their best to work on their relationships to very little avail, it feels like this is one of the most phoned-in seasons of Love Is Blind that viewers have had to endure. While there's drama with Tyler Francis and Ashley Adionser that's been making viewers question their relationship, the rest of the couples are either fairly settled or dealing with relationship-breaking drama, which hasn't been living up to the show's hype. Unless the season could end in a jaw-dropping way that saves things for the series, Love Is Blind season 7 has been boring.
