With Deadpool joining the MCU, seeing him coming into contact with other Deadpool variants across the multiverse is one of the most exciting aspects of the movie. As such, the idea of Lady Deadpool finally coming into the fold with Lively portraying her has continued to be one of the most popular theories about Deadpool & Wolverine. Since Swift is seemingly not in the film, Lively being Lady Deadpool makes a lot of sense for multiple reasons.
Throughout the Deadpool franchise, Lively has yet to show up in either of the first two movies. Since Deadpool & Wolverine will mark the conclusion of Reynolds' trilogy, saving Lively for the threequel as Marvel's Lady Deadpool is a fun way to finally get them on the screen again after 2011's Green Lantern.
